Olaplex Securities Settlement

The purpose of this website is to inform Class Members that a proposed Settlement of the above captioned securities class action lawsuit has been reached.

On August 11, 2025, the Court preliminarily approved the Settlement, authorized the provision of notice of the Settlement to Class Members, and scheduled the Settlement Hearing to consider whether to grant final approval of the Settlement and related relief.

On December 1, 2025, The Settlement Hearing was held at 1:30 p.m. PST where the Court granted final approval of the Settlement and related relief. Please note Order Awarding Attorneys Fees and Expenses, Final Order and Judgment, and the Plan of Allocation on the Important Documents page.

The Court directed that everyone who fits the following description is a Class Member and subject to the Settlement, unless they are an excluded person or seek exclusion from the Settlement Class:

All persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded common stock of Olaplex Holdings, Inc. (“Olaplex”) on or before and November 12, 2021, pursuant and/or traceable to the Offering Documents for Olaplex’s initial public offering, and who were allegedly damaged thereby.
